Convert from Express to Outlook

Hi,

I have a friend who uses Express and wants to switch to
Outlook. Is there an easy way to switch (both programs
are loaded onto computer) - to move everything over from
Express to Outlook (mail server, contacts, emails, etc.)?

When you open Outlook the first time, you should be prompted to take data
found on the computer.
