Is there a freeware or MS-delivered tool to convert Lotus Notes Database to
MS Access or SQL database?

Lotus has ODBC drivers that you can use to get the data out. Go to
www.lotus.com and search for NotesSQL. I'm not aware of anything, though,
that can help convert the functionality.
