Convert master/title slide to normal slide

I have a user that created an entire presentation in
Master View. So, she has several masters and several
title slides. I have tried copying and pasting, drag and
drop into a normal presenation to no avail. How can
I 'convert' the master/title slides into 'normal' slides?
