Convert mm to ft-in

I am trying to convert a chart with millimeters (mm) to ft-in format. Any
method will be appreciated.

Hi. I might be wrong, but with the following...

=CONVERT(55/100,"m","ft")
1.804461942

Gives a different answer than..
=CONVERT(55,"mm","ft")
0.180446194

I thought it was /100 also, but I think it's /1000. :>0
