Convert MS Works Databse to MSAccess 2000 or 2003 database

I have a data source in MS Works. How can I convert this to Ms Access
Database 2000 or 2003.

I have tried saving it as a databae III or IV but some of the fields
truncate. Any suggestions.

You can't, not directly.

Try exporting to Excel or (if that also truncates data) to a
comma-separated text file.
