Convert msaccess report to msword

my question is this how can i convert the msaccess report to msword format
or how can i convert the snapshot file to msword format?

One of the buttons on the toolbar when you open a report in print preview
mode is for exporting the report either to Word or (the date) to Excel.

However, many (I include myself) find the results disappointing when
exporting to RTF -- formats may not be accurately maintained and graphics
are not exported,
and if you want it in Word's .doc format, you'll have to open it in Word and
use Save As.

It's possible to use COM Automation to create a Report in Word from Access
data, but it's a good deal more work than clicking Export to Word.
