Convert numeric dollar amount to text; $20.00 to Twenty-----00/1..

Presently have an Excel spreadsheet for data. Data is merged in Publisher to
create a cash receipt, but the dollar amount needs to be converted to text.

You will have to do this in the Excel program if you want the merge to work
correctly. Change the cell to text and manually enter the data.
