Convert OL2002 message rules to OL98

Want to convert message rules (rwz file) from Outlook 2002 to Outlook
98.
Is there a way to do this or a customize option for it to work on older
Outlook? Using WinXP.
PS - Tried it once ages ago and got an incompatibility error.
