Have a boss coming from a different div. that used
applications from Office 2003. We have Office XP Pro and
he needs to convert his pst files down to XP. Is this
possible? Thanks

I don't believe there is a need for file converstion. All outlook clients
can read *.pst's created from any version.

Well, it depends - with OL2003, you can create humungous PST files that no
earlier version can read.

What format is the PST file? If it's the new unicode OL2003 format, he (or
someone) will need to create an "old fashioned" PST file in OL2003, and move
or copy items from the existing file to the new one.

Wrong. Outlook 97-2002 can't read Outlook 2003 Unicode PSTs.

Not necessary, and will likely cause problems.
Export as CSV file (Comma Serperated Value). It works
