convert outlook contacts into address book entries

I want to convert to outlook express from outlook and I can only import
address book entries but all my entris are contacts. How can I convert my
contact to address book entries so I can import them into outlook exress?

You'd need to export them to a file format that OE can import.
CSV seems to work best for most users.
