and the http://995pdf.com suite is 'free' if you don't mind putting up with ads each time you fire it up.
There are a number of PDF to Word converters under $50, some as low as $10. If you're trying to convert PDF to Word to have it
completely editable that can be a bit of a challenge in some of these.

Sorry, I read that backward. I know of no free converters. The only program
*I* know of is Acrobat and even then, there's going to be clean up work to
do.
If you want free, scan it in with OCR software and tweak the results.
