convert picture type (.tif)

I'm trying to create a website with inventory photos from my store. I
downloaded a large file from one of my vendors, but all of the files are in
..tif format. I've tried converting them but none of the programs on my
computer (microsoft picture editor, etc.) will let me. Frontpage will only
allow me to use picture files, not .tifs. Any suggestions?

Open the file in MS Paint and save as... You may have to re-size the images.
