I need the easiest, most cost-effective way to share a Powerpoint
presentation with those who do not have a computer.
I assume you must convert the ppt file to some type of media file - but what
& how is this done? Also - I need this information quickly and do not have
time to research this issue thoroughly like I normally would.

Thanks in advance for any help you may provide.

The easiest and most effective built-in methods are:
1) to send you presentation with the free PowerPoint viewer application
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&DisplayLang=en)
2) To convert the presentation to a web page/HTML. Anyone with an internet
browser can view the presentation. Open the presentation, do a SAVE AS WEB
PAGE. Some animations and effects like triggers may not work, so you will
have to experiment a little.

Other options could be converting to a movie file with Camtasia, a flash
file with Articulate, Apreso or a number of other 3rd party software
applications.
