convert sheet t to metric

is there any way to convert an entire sheet incl formulas from inperial
(inches) to metric (millimeters)?

find the multiplier required to convert inches to millimeters - 25.4
Enter that in any cell away from your data
Copy that Cell
Select your data
Choose Edit->Paste Special and choose Multiply option and click OK
