I use, and can recommend, CutePDF. It's available free from here: http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/Writer.asp
It simply sets up a new printer and when you print to it it writes the
output to a pdf file. Very easy!
You can also use it for any Windows ouput, whether it be Word, Access,
Notepad, or anything!
