convert to CSV file

I have around 200 contacts with email address in Excel XP. Is there any way
I can convert it to CSV file so that I can import the contact information
including address, tel and email to Express outlook. Any help would be much
appreciated.

in the saveas dialog simply choose the *.csv file format
