Convert to hyperlink

Hello,
When I export a hyperlink field in Access to Excel, the Excel column looks
something like this: Linkname#url#.

How can I easily change this to a column of hyperlinks? This column needs
to be able to stand alone, so the hyperlink function isn't what I want.
