convert Visio 2000/20003 drawing to Visio 4.0?

Is this still possible? if not, is there a workaround for this?

I have version 2000 and 2003 available on my PC.

Second party needs to see the drawings and if possible edit but they only
have version 4.0. (i dont think they can upgrade to the newer versions.)

The easy part of course is to view the file using the Visio Viewer available
via download.
AFAIK to save as v4, you need either v4 or v5. You can save from v2000 to
v5. This path can be pretty ugly as a lot of things have changed along the
way.
v2003 => v2002/v2000 => v5 => v4.
The other people can upgrade, it's just not free.

Al, the upgrade may require a hardware upgrade which may not be in their
current budget. (I still deal with schools that are running Win 95, (the
software they use still works so why upgrade?))
