Convert Word Form to E-mail Form

I have a number of word 2000 forms that I would like to
convert to an e-mailable form.
Could anyone please point me in the right direction.

You'll have to start from scratch on your Outlook form. There's no
conversion process.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
