Convert WordPerfect Macros and QuickCorrect to Word?

I have been a diehard WordPerfect user for years and now I am making the
switch to Word 2007 (the Office Suite). I have years of WordPerfect Macros
(*.wcm) files and WordPerfect QuickCorrect files. Is there an easy way to
get these into MS Word 2007 without manually typing them as I need them?
