You can't. If you have a full version of Office XP, then just
uninstall the Office 2003 trial and install your copy of Office XP.

No. But for your own peace of mind, you should back up your
documents to a safe place anyhow.

If you actually did what you say you have done however you
may have another problem. You should have uninstalled the
trial version BEFORE installing the full version. (Which is
what garfield-n-odie said to do.)
