Converted a 97 database to 2000

Actually there is not limitation on the number of records
in the table. limitation is on the total size of database.
refer KnowledgeBase article 302524 for more information.
Index your tables if it is not indexed and it should work
fine. Also check that you have enough RAM in your
computer.
