Converted Access 2000 (from 97)

My application runs OK in access 97
The application has just one blank form and the code just opens the blank
form.

I converted the MDB to Access 2000
Tried to run the MDB it, it opens for a second and then disappears.
When checked in Task Manager, I find it Running.

But if run the form only, it runs fine.

I am at a total loss to understand this behaviour.
Could someone help please ?
