Converted Inbox items

A user inadvertently deleted his Inbox items. Retrieved
them successfully then accidentally placed them into the
Drafts folder. Somehow, the Drafts folder became a
subfolder of the Inbox. Now, messages older than today
pull up as drafts. The person(s) who sent the message to
the user are pulling up in the To field and a note that
the message has not been sent comes up. Any thoughts?

Is the user able to drag these items back into the Inbox proper from the
Drafts folder?

Yes, the user was able to move the items back into the
Inbox, but addresses of the people who the messages were
sent to are pulling up in the From field.

Try starting Outlook once with the /ResetFolders switch and see if that
helps. If you need help using Outlook command line switches, look here:

I tried your suggestion but the messages still pull up
the same. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you
so much for your help.

I'm doing some more research on this and will get back to you if I find a
solution or other ideas for you to try.
