Anytime I try to open an excel or word doc from outlook, I
receive an error stating a converter needs to be
installed. After trying an unsuccessful install of the
converter, the document opens anyway. Also, I can cancel
the install and the document will open after some delay.
What is causing this and how can the problem be resolved?
