Converting 2003 to 2007... necessary?

I have created a database using 2003. The user only has on their computer
2007. When I load it, it seems fine and works well. Is it a must to convert
the database to a 2007? Any big issues to worry about in general that I
should be thinking about?

As far as I've seen, you don't have to convert. If you are using custom
menus or toolbars in your database, the 2007 user should see them under the
Add-ins tab on the ribbon.

Also you will lose a lot of real estate if the user has the ribbon fully
extended. In other words, be sure that all your forms have vertical
scrollbars in case part of them get hidden under the ribbon or below the
bottom of the screen.
