Converting 2003 Workbook to use in Office 2007

Excel 2003 and 2007 conflic

I have a workbook that I am trying to download, but I cannot because the
workbook requiring that I have Excel 2003, not 2007. Any suggestion?

Excel 2007 will open a 2003 file with no problems. Where are you getting
this 2003 file from?
