converting a MS-Access2002 business application

If you have experience converting a MS-Access2002 business application (about
130 different processes) to a web product with SQL backend and using ,
preferably, ASP.NET can you tell me:

Did you use a conversion software product and, if so, which one.
Briefly your experience - was it successful?
Any tips and/or caveats?

not sure that we can talk about conversion - this will be compete redesign.
Access and asp.net completely different platforms

I agree with Alex, it's not a conversion, it's a redesign. Basically, just
forget that the Access application exists, it is not relevant to the design
of the ASP.NET app.
