Converting a picture in Word into its own file

I created a poster in Word, then grouped the entire set of images, copied it and special pasted it as a jpeg. I need to sent in an e-mail, but I am not sure how can make the jpeg into its own file so I don't have to attach the Word document, but a picture file instead.

Hi, Justin. Open your poster in Word, then click on File | Save As | Save as type: Web Page (.htm, .html). In the folder where you save the file, Word will create a subfolder that contains your jpeg extracted from the Word file.

Better still is to copy the picture from Word and paste it to the desktop.
When warned that you need to save a copy of the picture to add it to the
desktop, choose 'Yes'. When the 'Save As' panel displays to allow you to
save the file, simply save the picture to whatever folder you want to put it
in the name you want. This also has the advantage over the HTML save of
producing a higher resolution image.
