Converting a Visio Chart to a simple Web Page

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of using Visio within a CMS like DotNetNuke,
for example saving a Visio diagram within a web page and displaying the web
page within a DotNetNuke html/text module? I've tried to do this however the
Visio web page generation facility generates code which the DNN text module
does not understand.

I've used SmartDraw with some success, however I like many other developers
have been using Visio for years. If at all possible I would like to find a
work around within Visio.

Hi Kieran, you might find it easier in your case to save all the
diagrams/pages as images and insert these into the CMS.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your response. Please let me add some more detail to the
question; -
When the user clicks on a particular object of the Visio diagram I need the
HTML generated by Visio to direct the user to a web address associated with
the Visio object which I defined when I created the original Visio diagram.
When saving the Visio diagram as a web page I can't find a basic HTML version
which my CMS can understand. Please check out
http://www.informationfind.net/WebContent/SearchEngineOptimisationSEO/tabid/93/Default.aspx where I was able to do this using Smart Draw.

OK, I see what it's doing, I'm not sure when but I'll see if I can do
something to do that.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your time. I think I have a solution. As soon as I have finished
implmenting it I will post it to this thread since there must be other Visio
users out there with the same requirement.
