Converting Access 97 to 2000

The command for converting databases under tools-> Data Base Utilities is
not active. Any idea what I need to install to get this active?

Nothing.
Just open the A97 .mdb file in A2000 and you will be asked if you want to
convert it.

No it gives me a message to use the tools menu.
