The key enables you to change the key. It has nothing to do with
Microsoft!! The tool is legal and Michael Stevens, MVP is the sole
distributor of this product. MVP stands for Most Valuable Professional
awarded by Microsoft for service(s) to Microsoft product users.

A trial version becomes a retail version when the proper key is entered.

What downloaded software? Are you talking about trial version? If so
then there is no charge. However, where would you get the proper/retail
key to use? You must buy the product to get the key unless you have
managed to get one through illegal means - in which case I don't want to
know anything about it and so this is my last post on this topic.

Thank you and good bye.

I didn't get anything illegally. I downloaded Office from the microsoft site
as a trial. Then found out I qualified for the student edition, so purchased
it at best buy. Without reinstalling, when I brought outlook up, it told me
to activate (just like it has many times) and this time I clicked to activate
via internet. Thought it would give me the opportunity to put in the key
from the software I bought at best buy, but it didn't. I assume it's
activated under the key that I used with the download from microsoft? So,
now I'm doubly legal and doubly as broke as I'm sure microsoft won't let me
activate without charging my credit card...and I've opened the software from
best buy. All is legit here, I just want to be charged for ONE license since
that's all I'm using.

| I didn't get anything illegally. I downloaded Office from the
| microsoft site as a trial. Then found out I qualified for the
| student edition, so purchased it at best buy. Without reinstalling,
| when I brought outlook up, it told me to activate (just like it has
| many times) and this time I clicked to activate via internet.
| Thought it would give me the opportunity to put in the key from the
| software I bought at best buy, but it didn't. I assume it's
| activated under the key that I used with the download from microsoft?
| So, now I'm doubly legal and doubly as broke as I'm sure microsoft
| won't let me activate without charging my credit card...and I've
| opened the software from best buy. All is legit here, I just want to
| be charged for ONE license since that's all I'm using.

|| What downloaded software? Are you talking about trial version? If
