Converting All Contacts to VCARDs

I'm currently working with Outlook2002 and I'm looking to
convert all of my contacts with are in Rich Text Format
to VCARDS. The main reason for this is the limitation of
a synchronization program we are working with.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
