converting dwg into Visio 4.1 Technical

After using visio 2000 pro for a while I had to reinstall
Visio 4.1 Technical (german version) for converting
dwg-Files into Visio. While opening a dwg-File there comes
an error message "can't open file.dwg" in german. I can
remember that there was a patch with new converter on the
Visio-Web Side for some years. Does anybody know where I
can get this patch from?

The problem is that you can only save back to the previous versions file
format. Between Visio 4.01 and Visio 2000 was Visio 4.5 and Visio 5.0. So
Visio 2000 can save as VIsio 5, but you would need Visio 5 installed to save
back to Visio 4.1.
