Converting Enterprise Resource to Local Resource

I have an enterprise resource in my MSP 2007 plan which no longer exists in
the AD.How can I convert this resource to a local resource?

Deleting the resource from Enterprise Resource Pool will automatically make
them a local resource in all projects.
