Converting files from AppleWorks on Mac to work with Office...

Trying to convert word process, spreadhseet and dbase files from old
ClarisWorks and AppleWorks application running on an old Mac. Want to be able
to import these into Office 2003 applications. Does anyone know how to do
this?
