converting flowcharter 4 & 7 flowcharts to visio 7

We currenlty have approx 1000 flowcharts in 4 & 7 in Word docs that we need
to convert to Visio 7 add to Word docs and then convert to HTML. Any
suggestions for the easiest and quickest way to do this
