Converting from Office 2003 to 2007

I want to upgrade from 2003 to 2007, but I am scared to lose the auto correct
data that I have stored for easy typing. Is there some way to ensure I won't
lose anything?

Before upgrading, make a backup of your Normal.dot template and
autocorrect file as described in
