Converting from trial to real product.

I got this message that my trial period is over so went through the procedure
to convert to full product but was not successful. The system said my order
couldn't be processed. Would it be because the new office isn't ready?I know
I've got credit!

Thanks for your reply but I need to do this through the internet because I'm
in Mexico and it would take for ever to "mail" something here, all my
documents are frozen and I was hoping for a quick fix. No other idea on what
else could have gone wrong?

No. You can try finding a phone number to call but I don't even know who
handles their online sales. Perhaps it has something to do with your
location? Did you access the sales site via the US website or somewhere
else?
