Converting labels to text

I have 30 pages of labels and I need to convert each page to text (usin
Table to Text) but I find when I have more than one page of labels, Wor
places a section break between each page, essentially blocking th
'Table to Text' feaure from converting more than one page at a time
I've tried doing a find and replace; Find ^b and Replace (I leav
blank). Word finds the breaks, but will not delete them. I've trie
selecting the entire table, but this disables the 'Convert Table t
Text' function. Does anyone know why Word won't delete the sectio
breaks using the Find and Replace feature?

This is indeed frustrating, but I would imagine the effect you're seeing is
an extension of the Word "feature" that also prevents using Replace to
delete paragraph breaks between tables. With just 30 sheets of labels,
however, it might not be too onerous to delete the breaks manually. If you
use Find to find the breaks, can you delete them manually with Delete or
Backspace? This would be a little more efficient than using Browse by
Section (choosing Section as the browse object using the Select Browse
Object button on the vertical scroll bar), which takes you to the first
paragraph in the section instead of selecting the section break as Find
would do.
