Converting Lotus Organizer 6.0 or 6.1 to Outlook 2003

I am trying to convert organizer 6.1 (or 6.0) to Outlook 2003. I have
hundreds of contact/address that I don't want to retype. And years worth of
calendars. I've tried the instructions provided by Microsoft and it just
doesn't work. Any suggestions?
