Hi,

Currently our company are using Lotus wordpro as the
wordprocessor(about 100-250 users), but the we will moving
to Microsoft word on the end of this year. The problem is
we have to convert large amount of wordpro/amipro files to
ms-word document, we cannot use the "save as" as the
solution.
Do Microsoft provide any tools/utilities to solve this
problem, even with charges occur. I really need it
urgently.

Please Help.

Regards.

To the best of my knowledge there is no filter for Lotus Word Pro files.
There is a filter for AmiPro which you can download from
the favourites page of my web site, but it works only for simple documents.

The answer is to save from WordPro/AmiPro in a compatible format eg RTF. You
may be able to cobble a WordPro macro together to batch process your
documents, but this is beyond the range of this Word newsgroup.
