CONVERTING MY POWER POINT PRESENTATION TO NERO

I would like to convert my power point presentation to Nero.
We are specifically looking for a softwar with these features:
1. Converting from power point slides to a DVD format, maintaining the
effects and resolution of the original power point presentation.
2. With audio (voice over) insertion, either in power point or in Nero
Movie Maker.
3. To implement movie clips. To add movies.
4. To implement music insertion
5. Being able to program the timing of the slides with the audio. The audio
that would be a voice over over the slides is like 50-70 minutes long.
6. The ability to create an introduction and an ending to the DVD

Please advise regarding a program that would meet our expectations.

None of these two products is Microsoft Project, which is the subject of
this newsgroup - Sorry.
