sharing a power point presentation

O

opita67

I need to give to a friend a power point presentation I prepared usin
PP-2002 but he does not have MS-Office in his computer. I followed
instructions from power point help files to "package" the presentation.

Since I plan to run the packaged presentation on a computer that doe
not have Microsoft PowerPoint installed, I needed to include th
Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer in the package.

I downloaded and installed the viewer in my computer and then, in th
"pack and Go" wizard, when I get to the point to select the option t
include the viewer, that option is not available to me: it is graye
out.

What do I have to do to resolve this issue?

Thank

Well, I suggest you to use PowerPoint to video or DVD converters to convert
your presentation to video or dvd, and then send the video or DVd to your
friend. He can view your presentation without any problems.

Regarding converting ppt to video, these are many free powerpoint to video
converters at:
http://www.masternewmedia.org/convert-powerpoint-to-video-guide-to-the-best-free-services/ you can use these tools to help you.
If you want to get the best conversion effect that convert your presentation
with all the animation, music, and videos retained, please try Acoolsoft PPT
to Video (http://www.acoolsoft.com/powerpoint-to-video-overview.html#246 ) .
