Converting & opening .WPS letter to a word doc

I have a .WPS letter emailed to me as an attachment. I don't have Works, so
I need to some how convert and open it as a word doc. I have MS Small Bus.
2007 with all the typical programs.

All the old Works filters for Word are available from the downloads page of
my web site and will work with Word 2007.
