Converting Organizer 2.0 To Outlook 2000

I would like step-by-step help in converting Organizer 2.0
files to Outlook 2000. Outlook Converters do not support
Organizer 2.0. I tried converting Organizer files to
"csv" format. Only some of the information ended up in
Outlook 2000.
