I have a very old word perfict file that I password protected years ago. I know what the password is, what I would like to do is convert this file to a MSword doc. No I dont have a copy of word perfict any more. Is there a way to do this, or do I just lose the file.

Hi David,

As far as I know, the only way to open password-protected WordPerfect files
is to have a copy of WordPerfect. If a friend has a copy, he might be able
to open the file for you, otherwise, you may have to buy a copy, if the file
is that valuable to you.
