Converting PDF documents into word documents to edit

I have to submitt forms to an industry commision on a regular basis and I am
sick of writting them by hand. I have found the forms on the commisions
website but they are in PDF format. What is the best way edit this PDF so I
can fill in the form and then print it out with all of my details typed onto
the form?

If you have the full version of Acrobat you can save as RTF (Acrobat 5) or
as Word doc (Acrobat 6). Or you can open the original in Acrobat and add
form fields.

You could also persuade the commission to create the forms as fillable. It
is possible to create PDF forms that can be filled out online.
