Converting POP to IMAP

I am planning to convert my long time Entourage POP account to an IMAP
account - have bought an iPhone!

I have my POP account folders (many) - is there a guide to the changeover
that will make it easier to move over all my folder please?

No guide that I'm aware of. In Accounts, uncheck Send & Receive all for the
POP account. Create the new IMAP account. In schedules open the account and
select folders to download under "click here...". Delete POP only if you
think you might never want to use it again. You can just ave it unchecked.

After you get the folder structure, you can move messages from folders "On
My Computer" to the IMAP structure.
