converting ppt to word document

I am trying to convert my PPT presentation into a Word doc.

Cannot be done - the internal file structures are totally different &
incompatible.

The closest you'll come is to use File> Send To> MS Office Word which will
provide an editable Word outline but containing no graphic elements or
content from shapes other than Title, Subtitle & Text Content (Bulleted
List) placeholders.

If you'd care to elaborate on what your ultimatte objective is perhaps there
are alternatives.
